Refund policy
At The Eclectic Desi, we strive to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. Keeping that in mind, we do not offer returns since our orders are made to order; however, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we’re here to help!
Return Conditions:

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the damage to assist with the return process.

Wrong Items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional charge.

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at or call us at support@theeclecticdesi.com to report the issue. Please include your order number and a description of the problem.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for returns due to damage or incorrect items.

Refund/Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your order and send you a replacement.
Exclusions:
Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are not damaged or incorrect.
